What we do for seniors

It's sometimes hard for any of us to think further than an hour, a day, a week ahead. Many of us, in the not too distant future, will wish we had. 

The passing of years for many means only 'reductions'; in mobility, income, memory,
balance, joint stability and strength. One of the things that can increase is blood pressure - and we WANT to reduce that!

Where no suffering exists, we can help delay onset of; dementia, Alzheimers,
excess weight, poor sleep and boredom. A sedentary lifestyle need not be a consequence of age.

Throughout our communities we are looking for pilot groups who will not only benefit
now from participation but will also contribute to a better quality of life for everyone!
